Sisters of the Blade ReviewFirst, although the word "book" appears on the Amazon site, this is a short story. As such, it is not satisfying. There is neither enough length nor depth to give satisfaction to the topic. Supposedly it features a "new" look at the Arthur story through the eyes of Morgane, Niviane, and Gwenafyre (yes, I am probably misspelling all three names) and their connection to Excaliber. That connection nor what actually happened is satisfyingly explained. That Gwen is a slut and sleeping around is presented. Mordred is mentioned but not connected in the usual way to Arthur. Gwen is on the run and returns to a cave where she has stowed Arthur but is unable to heal him.
