Lady Blade, Lord Fighter: Book One: The Silver Bracers Book Two: The Argent Swords ReviewWow! Like the rest of my fellow reviewers, I was excited to finally be able to read the continuation of Lady Blade, Lord Fighter. I thought the hardbound copy was pretty expensive, especially since I already own several copies of the paperback, but I did want to see how the story continued. I also collect books as collectables and have a sizable Sharon Green collection.When I received the book - yuck! There was sticky glue residue on the front cover, Sharon Green's name was mispelled on the spine (it reads "Sharo Green", the inside book paper covers were missing (the heavier paper that lies between the cover and book). I was extremely disappointed with the quality of a [$$$] book, and then I sat down to read the stories.
Sharon Green's writing of the second story was meandering, disjointed and not as enjoyable as her first story ... and again, we're left hanging wondering what is going to happen next!
I get the overall impression, from the writing style, from the quality of the hardbound book, and from the prices of her books available only online, that lately Sharon Green is more interested in making money from her fans than she is in giving us the quality of writing that we've come to expect from her.Lady Blade, Lord Fighter: Book One: The Silver Bracers Book Two: The Argent Swords Overview
